I had been shying away from the electric for a while and it showed in my work up. Most of the time, a regular dental cleaning and exam will take about an hour. During this time, our team will take a set of X-rays if needed, thoroughly clean and polish all your teeth, and perform a complete dental exam. If you need additional work, such as a tooth filling or fluoride treatment, we’ll let you know and advise you of the extra time required.
If you wait until you are in pain, you already have a serious problem. On top of that, not all dental problems cause pain. By getting regular exams, you get the benefit of having dental professionals look at your mouth. We can identify potential problems or catch them in the early stages. That allows us to fix them before you may need expensive and invasive treatments.
